What you'll do

• Greet visitors and assess whether the community meets prospective residents’ qualifications
• explain lease and community policies
• follow Fair Housing standards
• prepare leasing paperwork
• collect move-in funds
• inspect apartments before move-in
• communicate unit status changes to Maintenance
• support marketing and resident retention
• maintain current community and availability information
• inspect vacant apartments
• conduct resident follow-up
• assist with resident activities, work orders, and marketing surveys
• accompany vendors or contractors as needed
• transport residents or prospects on property grounds
• maintain guest cards and follow up within 24 hours
• conduct outside marketing as directed.
