This role exists to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, and provide technical leadership. The technician ensures high-quality customer support and system reliability through expert maintenance and repair.

What you'll do

• Performs routine and emergency service calls.
• Troubleshoots, replaces, and repairs malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches others.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma/Vocational Training.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience.
