Senior Financial Analyst, International is a hybrid role between Princeton, NJ, and remote work, with office days Tuesday through Thursday and a stated salary range of $81,650–$112,700 per year. The role is part of Integra LifeSciences’ International Finance team and supports the consolidated view of its EMEA, CALA, APAC, and China businesses. The analyst coordinates planning and reporting cycles, analyzes international financial performance, and translates results into decision-ready insights for regional and corporate leaders. The role also improves data quality and recurring processes while serving as a technical and analytical partner to regional FP&A teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and consolidate international forecasts, the Annual Operating Plan, and Long-Range Plan
• validate submissions and reconcile to corporate reporting
• analyze revenue, margin, expenses, headcount, and capital expenditure
• drive monthly and quarterly close and variance analysis
• prepare reporting packages and business review materials
• support business cases, product launch economics, pricing, and market models
• develop Power BI dashboards and improve reporting automation and standardization.
