What you'll do

• Lead the Troy CSW Methods Laboratory and associated engineering activities
• support Cut, Sew, and Wrap teams across facilities
• manage Press Lamination, Edge Fold, Soft Foam Bun, Foam-in-Place Tooling, Die Trim, Thermoforming, and Foam Systems engineering activities
• develop and implement manufacturing processes
• support customer program launches
• plan, justify, procure, install, and start up capital equipment
• drive continuous improvement
• manage budgets, timelines, and resources
• coach engineering personnel
• ensure compliance with customer requirements, standards, and company policies.
