What you'll do

• Oversee community staff

• ensure vacant units are turned and rented within five days
• inspect property cleanliness
• organize resident functions
• deposit rent checks

• address compliance issues
• manage expenses and assist with annual budgets
• manage delinquencies and payables
• ensure resident paperwork and certifications are complete
• prepare for occupancy reviews
• post legal notices and pursue legal action when necessary
• prepare regular reports.
