What you'll do

• Contact and qualify candidates for hire and client assignments
• source candidates through recruiting tools, databases, and referrals
• maintain CRM records and follow-up tasks
• build candidate relationships and discuss the job market
• explain travel assignments and employment benefits
• prepare compensation packages and candidate profiles with required documentation
• maintain relationships with travelers on assignment
• identify and plan for concerns
• post jobs on company outlets.

Why this role
