This role exists to provide leadership and operational oversight for out-of-school time programs on school grounds. The Site Director is responsible for fostering educational excellence, supervising teaching staff, and building strong relationships with families and school administrators to ensure a safe and engaging environment for elementary-aged children.

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences
• ensure site effectiveness regarding licensing, safety, and educational standards
