What you'll do

• Generate leads and manage membership sales and retention
• grow membership, retail, and teacher-training revenue
• coach and support Wellness Advisors and Teachers
• participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• work with the Studio Owner and National Sales Director on studio health and profitability
• build member and community relationships
• schedule and participate in grassroots marketing partnerships
• work with the owner and national team on performance goals
• participate in meetings and trainings as needed
• ensure the studio is clean, welcoming, and operating smoothly.
