What you'll do

• Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning for Operations and G&A
• own monthly financial reviews and communicate risks and opportunities
• analyze gross margin and identify cost-saving opportunities with procurement, supply chain, and production
• track G&A spending
• improve inventory and working-capital visibility
• monitor logistics and distribution costs and develop KPIs
• build business cases for investments
• strengthen financial processes and controls
• manage a junior analyst as the team grows.
