What you'll do

• Set up client accounts and maintain documentation in Applied Epic
• develop client relationships and cross-sell coverage
• evaluate policies and present alternatives
• prepare quotes and finalize sales
• process policy changes, payments, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance
• monitor renewals and conduct annual reviews
• assist with claims
• maintain accurate records and follow agency workflows.
