What you'll do

• Plan, develop, manage, organize, direct, implement, and evaluate Club programming
• recruit and retain participants
• supervise and coordinate staff training and development
• provide individual and group instruction
• maintain discipline and enforce Club rules
• facilitate staff meetings
• orient volunteers
• build relationships with parents, schools, community groups, and Club members
• manage daily operations, program data, surveys, paperwork, and reports
• support membership recruitment and public relations.
