What you'll do

• Register and orient arriving guests
• accommodate special requests and amenity requests
• process reservations from incoming calls
• complete daily reports and logs
• maintain the lobby and desk
• complete guest billings
• provide accurate local and resort information
• answer and direct calls
• prepare folios, keys, and information for next-day arrivals
• schedule wake-up calls upon request
• complete night-audit reporting and compile reports, transactions, and receipts
• use guest-stay and activity software
• follow cash-handling and credit policies
• assist dissatisfied guests
• provide customer service
• liaise with Security and act as a command center for night emergency contingencies.
