• Drive performance improvement across aggregate operations
• Lead implementation of Minimum Operating Practices
• Embed Aggregates Operating Model and Management Handbook
• Identify and support operational best practices
• Monitor progress on improvement initiatives
• Provide hands-on guidance to optimize production processes.
