The Van Driver role is onsite in Webster, NY. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. The position supports CDS Monarch’s work helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead independent and fulfilling lives in their communities. The driver transports passengers safely and on time, follows applicable safety requirements, and assists with passenger loading and unloading. The role also provides participant supervision and support, completes assigned paperwork, and helps with routine housekeeping and van maintenance.

What you'll do

• Operate company vehicles safely and economically
• transport passengers safely and on time
• ensure passengers and cargo meet applicable safety regulations
• report actual or potential violations
• assist with loading and unloading
• supervise and assist participants as prescribed by program plans
• complete assigned paperwork
• participate in routine housekeeping, property, and van maintenance.

Why this role

Requires a valid New York State driver’s license, one year of driving experience with an acceptable record, a CDL with P endorsement, and compliance with NYS 19-A requirements.
