Why this role

Requires one of the listed qualifications: a relevant bachelor’s degree and two years of experience, a Florida-licensed RN and two years of relevant experience, or a Florida-licensed LPN and four years of relevant experience. The posting also requires Medicare/Medicaid recipient experience, at least two years of case management experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver’s license with personal vehicle liability insurance. Local travel is 75–90%.
