What you'll do

• Process multi-state, multi-site payroll
• validate timecards, attendance data, and integrations
• process manual checks, adjustments, and off-cycle payments
• reconcile payroll and maintain records
• ensure compliance with payroll laws
• process garnishments and other involuntary deductions
• manage payroll tax filings and year-end reconciliations
• prepare reports and analyses
• work with HRIS and ERP systems
• manage benefit vendor files and transactions
• support EDI feeds
• partner with HR and Finance
• assist with general accounting tasks.
