Backroom Coordinator

The Backroom Coordinator role is an onsite position based in Henrico, VA. The pay range is $14.50 - $15.00 per hour, supporting the retail operations of Homesense, a member of the TJX Companies family. This role exists to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently. The Coordinator ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

• Create a positive customer experience
• Promote a culture of honesty and integrity
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise processing
• Train and mentor associates
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and secured
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty
• Monitor team productivity
• Maintain backroom organization.
