What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with nursing department management
• provide clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs
• monitor daily operations and resident care
• conduct rounds
• review clinical events and documentation
• support care planning, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and QAPI
• assist with staffing, recruitment, training, and staff development
• address resident and family concerns
• support infection control and medication management
• provide hands-on clinical support when needed
• assume responsibility for the department in the DON’s absence as appropriate.
