What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other assigned personnel
• ensure post orders and rounds are completed and reports are filed
• notify authorities and clients during emergencies
• coach, discipline, and train staff
• assist with payroll and coverage coordination
• meet with client representatives
• inspect posts
• and perform Security Officer duties when needed.
