What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide housekeeping, accompany clients on errands or medical appointments, and perform patient-specific support such as medication reminders, exercises, incontinence care, and hospice support.
• Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts when needed.
