The Assistant Relationship Manager contributes to team goals by managing school communications, tracking engagement, and coordinating community outreach initiatives to foster long-term growth for partner schools.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support to a Relationship Manager overseeing 35 to 50 partner schools.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and preparation for school meetings and presentations.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates within Salesforce CRM systems.
• Support implementation efforts that help schools grow financial aid programs and increase tax credit participation.
• Assist with the coordination of community education initiatives and provide logistical support for events.
