The Day Program Direct Support Professional (CSW 3) role is onsite in Bedford, MA, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. schedule. Compensation is stated as $20.60 per hour until fully trained and $21.63 per hour when fully trained. Walnut Street Center supports adults with intellectual disabilities in living engaged and meaningful lives. The role provides direct daily support that helps participants build skills, increase independence, and access community activities. It also contributes to individualized service or day habilitation goals through personal care, behavior support, transportation, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and nutritional needs
• support access to community activities
• help maintain the environment
• participate in developing, implementing, evaluating, and documenting Individual Service Plan or Day Habilitation Plan goals
• provide therapeutic support and assist with Behavior Support Plans when appropriate
• transport individuals
• administer medication.
