Customer Success Representative

The role combines responsive service, account support, prospecting, and coordination with sales and marketing to develop new business and meet customer needs.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by web, email, and phone
• resolve questions and complaints
• support returns and order inquiries
• enter and monitor customer and inter-company purchase orders
• use consultative sales skills
• contact customers to develop relationships and identify needs
• establish and service accounts
• support prospecting and new customer acquisition
• research and quote product and service opportunities
• coordinate customer inventory and order schedules
• and record sales and leads in CRM.
