This role exists to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN contributes to resident assessments, administers medications, and ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

What you'll do

• Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care.
• Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
• Counsels residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans.
