What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations
• serve as Acting Director of Nursing when needed
• cultivate a safe and supportive workplace
• supervise and mentor nursing staff
• ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• lead weekly wound care rounds
• maintain readiness for facility surveys
• serve as a link among nursing staff, management, residents, and families
• support engagement, teamwork, and professional development.
