What you'll do

• Process ACH/EFT, check, wire transfer, and credit card payments
• complete customer forms and manage customer portals
• respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• create and apply customer credits for sales tax exemptions and erroneous freight charges
• manage and route requests from the shared Accounts Receivable inbox.
