The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in San Clemente, CA, paying $20–$23 per hour. Community Seedlings Preschool is a Reggio-Emilia inspired, nature-based learning program for children ages 2½ to 5½. The teacher supports children’s curiosity and development through play, projects, dialogue, and exploration in indoor and outdoor classrooms. The role contributes to a safe, inclusive learning environment and partners with families to document and support each child’s growth.

What you'll do

• Maintain safe indoor and outdoor learning environments
• build positive relationships with children and families
• prepare learning materials and classroom environments
• supervise children
• document learning and development
• observe children and support individual growth
• prepare materials for parent conferences
• participate in professional development
• follow mandated reporter requirements and school safety policies.
