Phase II Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites
• order construction materials
• monitor material quantity and quality and completed tasks
• ensure Perry Homes quality standards
• manage construction time, supervision, direct overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders
• perform other tasks as assigned by project or division leadership.
