What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure china, glassware, and silverware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitary
• return clean items to proper storage while minimizing breakage
• wash and store pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• sweep and mop kitchen and restaurant floors
• remove garbage from food-and-beverage areas and maintain the back dock and dumpster area
• perform other assigned tasks.
