What you'll do

• Prepare electrical construction estimates and bids
• price value-engineered alternatives
• develop budget pricing from schematic drawings
• draft scope letters and proposals
• attend job walks and pre-bid meetings
• maintain estimating programs and databases
• compile bid packages
• review estimates and contractual documents
• hand off scopes to operations
• prepare estimate rationale and risk statements
• lead estimating meetings and support junior staff
• interface with clients as needed.
