What you'll do

• Support attorneys in family law litigation
• draft and revise pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence
• prepare financial affidavits and organize documents and case files
• manage deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars
• coordinate filings and service
• communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
• assist with hearing, mediation, deposition, and trial preparation
• maintain case information in Clio or similar systems.
