The Customer Service Representative – Personal Insurance role is onsite in Fullerton, CA. Pay is $15–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Build working relationships with clients, prospects, and insurance companies
• support client and prospect follow-up
• research and resolve coverage questions
• respond to client needs by phone or electronically
• maintain client files and correspondence
• offer additional insurance lines through consultative selling
• assist with office duties as needed.
