Lead Housekeeper

What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and inspect assigned housekeeping staff
• ensure procedures meet unit standards
• prepare and distribute assignments
• coordinate breaks
• document attendance and call-offs
• respond to guest complaints
• maintain security of assigned keys and equipment
• inspect areas for cleanliness
• and assist staff in meeting service standards. The schedule offers Monday–Friday shifts of 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m., or 10:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.
