The Transfer Center Coordinator I role is onsite in Wenatchee, WA. The hourly range is $22.54–$37.06. The coordinator supports patient transfers, admissions, and specialty consults for Confluence Health. The role facilitates safe, efficient, and timely patient movement by coordinating communication among referring facilities, providers, and facility staff. It also supports appropriate level-of-care placement, patient flow, and quality improvement through call review and data collection.

What you'll do

• Manage calls from outlying facilities about admissions, transfers, and specialty consults
• coordinate communication among providers and facility staff
• maintain knowledge of bed availability and capacity
• support patient-flow improvements
• review recorded calls for quality assurance
• facilitate appropriate unit assignments
• conduct community outreach
• collect and maintain quality data
• maintain active Basic Life Support certification.
