The Clinical Support Staff role is onsite at an Axess Medical location to be determined in Middlefield, OH. The schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, with pay of $20.00–$27.00 per hour. The position supports care delivery at a federally qualified community health center. Working under the Health Center Administrator, the staff member assists providers and patients, performs duties within their license or certification, and supports safe, coordinated care. The role contributes to continuity of care through clinical assistance, documentation, patient education, and team coordination.

What you'll do

• Conduct pre-visit planning
• room patients and document histories and vital signs
• prepare, administer, and document medications or procedures as directed
• provide health education
• prepare and restock exam rooms
• follow OSHA and health department requirements
• document care in the electronic health record
• respond to calls and inboxes
• protect patient confidentiality
• coordinate supplies and inventory
• participate in huddles and meetings
• and report suspected abuse or neglect as required.
