Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the senior director leads core HR functions and establishes consistent, compliant service delivery across centers. The role aligns HR operations with organizational strategy and mission through team leadership, workforce insights, talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, and HR technology.

What you'll do

• Lead HR operations across talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, HR business partners, and HR technology
• establish standardized policies, workflows, and service standards
• lead and develop HR teams
• translate HR strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes
• develop workforce metrics, dashboards, and executive reports
• oversee recruiting strategy and employee relations
• direct total rewards, HRIS, compliance, and HR technology initiatives
• manage HR budgets, vendors, and contracts.
