What you'll do

• Receive and register hardware
• answer service desk calls and create tickets
• capture and triage ticket information
• set customer expectations for response times
• troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues onsite or remotely
• provide hardware and software assistance by phone, in person, or electronically
• follow and update standard operating procedures
• ensure customer satisfaction
• support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Windows systems, cloud, VoIP, wireless networks, and firewall issues as assigned.
