Accurate records, appointment coordination, and timely follow-up help customers navigate sales, service, and parts interactions.

What you'll do

• Welcome dealership customers and handle incoming calls, directing inquiries to appropriate departments
• respond to customer questions through phone, email, and chat
• coordinate service appointments
• process payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records
• follow up on leads and customer inquiries with the sales team
• maintain customer records
• scan service repair orders daily
• secure vehicles’ second keys
• balance the cash register and replenish change
• create FedEx labels and log sent contracts
• keep the reception area organized and promotional materials current.
