What you'll do

• Monitor nursing care delivery and staff performance

• make rounds and follow up on complaints
• support staffing, orientation, evaluations, and in-service training
• oversee medication and treatment procedures
• provide direct nursing care as necessary
• participate in quality improvement and infection control activities.
