What you'll do

• Lead troubleshooting of robot failures at customer sites and in the Denver lab
• diagnose electrical, sensor, and system-level issues
• improve electrical architecture and designs
• integrate and debug sensors and communications
• develop field diagnostic and repair procedures
• translate field findings into design improvements with China engineering and manufacturing teams
• review schematics, PCB layouts, harnesses, and components
• and develop validation tests for warehouse conditions.
