What you'll do

• Assist with accounts payable processing, invoice matching, coding, and vouchering
• review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
• enter and maintain invoice information in the accounting system
• assist with general ledger coding and payment processing
• research discrepancies
• maintain vendor records and documentation
• track expenses
• communicate with vendors and internal departments
• perform data entry and clerical duties.
