Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, plus bonuses of $100 per signed new lease and $50 per signed renewal lease. The role supports Level 10 Management’s multi-site affordable housing portfolio. The consultant guides prospective tenants through the leasing process, from inquiries and property tours to application paperwork, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with property management and maintenance. The work helps facilitate occupancy, support tenant relationships, and contribute to property performance.

What you'll do

• Respond to prospective tenant inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• conduct property tours with emphasis on affordable housing options
• assist applicants with leasing paperwork and housing-regulation compliance
• maintain records of leasing activity, communications, and application status
• collaborate with property management and maintenance teams on tenant needs and community engagement.
