Restaurant Server — Food & Beverage

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide attentive table service
• explain menus and make food and beverage recommendations
• take and enter orders accurately
• communicate dietary and allergy needs to the culinary team
• deliver orders
• monitor guest needs and respond to concerns
• process checks and payments
• complete setup, cleaning, stocking, and closing tasks
• collaborate with restaurant and hotel teams
• follow alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
