The Electrical Engineer — Guam role is onsite in Tamuning, Guam. Compensation is not specified. The engineer supports Stanley Consultants’ Federal team and client engagements in the Indo-Pacific Region, including design work for military base facilities, airfields, and site projects. The role develops and coordinates electrical designs, plans, and specifications; evaluates design options; and works with other disciplines and construction personnel. It also supports project planning and business development, contributing to infrastructure projects for federal clients and, potentially, Government of Guam or commercial entities.

What you'll do

• Assess client requirements and help develop specifications, drawings, instructions, and related documents
• prepare and modify charrette reports
• assist with construction schedules
• coordinate design components with other disciplines
• assist with pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies
• consult with construction personnel on constructability, field conditions, sequencing, and scheduling
• attend onsite or virtual client meetings as needed
• travel in the Indo-Pacific region approximately 15–20% annually.
