Description
Deliver skilled physical therapy to patients based on an individualized Plan of Treatment developed in coordination with the referring physician. Evaluate patient needs and develop rehabilitation goals to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function. Adjust treatment plans and techniques as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary home health
