What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized partners as the day-to-day contact
• coordinate partnership deliverables and contractual obligations
• support renewals through tracking and documentation
• monitor contractual health and flag risks
• help develop the Partner Portal and map workflows
• translate operational needs into requirements and improvements
• test portal functionality and document bugs
• support tool adoption through documentation and training
• provide flexible operational support during high-volume periods and major events.
