What you'll do

• Assess physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs
• establish and update plans of care with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and attending physician
• provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and activities of daily living
• evaluate medication response and document care
• communicate pertinent information to the team
• supervise CNAs and LPNs
• maintain facility credentialing
• support compliance and organizational strategic-plan responsibilities.

Why this role
