What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• conduct unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents and emergencies
• complete reports and activity logs
• communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
