What you'll do

• manage classroom behavior and daily activities
• supervise and collaborate with paraprofessionals and educational assistants
• monitor academic and behavioral progress under IEPs or education plans
• work with parents and school staff to assess needs and develop corrective measures
• plan and supervise classroom and recreational activities and field trips
• evaluate performance and issue grades
• complete IEPs as needed
• attend school meetings and professional workshops
• maintain student attendance and performance records
• represent the school in meetings with parents and regulatory officials.
