What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• conduct intake and enrollment
• collect and verify eligibility and service documentation
• enter patient information into the electronic health record
• schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
• manage calls through a multi-line phone system
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic policies.
